CapitaLand Development Pte. Ltd.
Company Profile

CapitaLand Development Pte. Ltd. (CLD) is the development arm of CapitaLand Group, with $18.9 billion of assets under management as at 30 June 2026. Its portfolio spans 18 cities in six countries, with Singapore, China and Vietnam as its core markets, and counts more than 100,000 homes including those under development. Its record in Singapore runs to more than 40 years. On BCA's Quality Housing Portal (last updated 1 September 2026), the group holds CONQUAS Band 1, a firm-level track record built from its projects over a rolling six-year window, not a score for any single project; a development has no band of its own before completion, so Thomson Reserve carries none.
Its recent Singapore homes include Sengkang Grand Residences, J’den, Canninghill Piers and Parktown Residence.
The three partners behind Thomson Reserve also develop Skye at Holland and Parktown Residence together, and P & T Consultants Pte. Ltd., the architect of Thomson Reserve, designed Parktown Residence. A buyer at Thomson Reserve is buying from a partnership with shared projects behind it, a meaningful quality signal for any buyer assessing a developer’s actual delivery record rather than its marketing claims.
