How to Read the Thomson Reserve Balance Unit Chart
Every unit number takes the form #level-stack. In #12-07, the 12 is the storey and the 07 is the stack, so it is the unit on the 12th storey of stack 07, in Block 1.
The chart runs block by block, with each block’s address above its grid. The Classic Collection blocks hold stacks 01 to 09 (Block 1), 10 to 18 (Block 3), 37 to 45 (Block 9) and 46 to 55 (Block 11), with homes from level 2 to level 21. The Luxury Collection blocks hold stacks 19 to 27 (Block 5) and 28 to 36 (Block 7), with homes from level 1 to level 30. Each cell carries the unit code of its layout, and every layout is drawn on the floor plan page.
Three features of the chart look like gaps and are not. Level 1 of every Classic block is the car park, drawn as a band labelled CARPARK, which is why Classic homes start at level 2; Blocks 5 and 7 park at basement 1 instead. Stacks 19, 21 and 22 in Block 5 and stacks 30, 32 and 36 in Block 7 start at level 3, so their cells at levels 1 and 2 are blank. And the lowest home in each stack carries a p code, such as B1p at level 2 or BP2p (L) at level 1: these are patio units, with a private enclosed space in place of the balcony.
The outlook from each end of the site is set out in the Thomson Reserve Buyer’s Guide.
