The Thomson Reserve showflat is the Thomson Reserve Sales Gallery on Upper Serangoon Crescent, opposite Riversails Condo, and not at the development site on Bright Hill Drive. The Sales Gallery has no street number, so its address is given by its road and the landmark opposite it.

What to Expect at the Thomson Reserve Showflat

Your visit starts with the development as a whole: our sales representative takes you through the Thomson Reserve project info, its six blocks and three clubs, and the Thomson Reserve location highlights.

From there you walk the four show units. Seeing the Smeg and Miele kitchens, the Grohe fittings and the 2.85m ceilings in person, and walking the actual room dimensions, tells you more than a render or a floor plan. Thomson Reserve splits into a Classic Collection and a Luxury Collection with different appliances and finishes, and the show units let you compare the two under one roof.

We then compare unit types and layouts side by side against the Thomson Reserve floor plans, and work through financing: indicative loan quantum, monthly instalments and the current price list, with the Thomson Reserve mortgage calculator and the Thomson Reserve price page.

Last comes the unit itself. Our sales team works through stack, floor and orientation with the stacking chart and the site plan, so bring a unit number or a shortlist if you already have one in mind.
