The Thomson Reserve Show Units
Thomson Reserve has four show units, each fitted out by a different interior design team: the Classic 2-Bedroom Premium + Study (Type BPS1), the Classic 3-Bedroom Premium + Study (Type CPS1), the Luxury 4-Bedroom Premium (with Private Lift) (Type DP1 (L)) and the Luxury 5-Bedroom Suite (with Private Lift) (Type E1 (L)).
The four are the place to compare the two collections’ kitchens and finishes. BPS1 and CPS1 carry Smeg appliances, BPS1 cooking on a 2-zone induction hob and CPS1 on a 3-zone gas hob. DP1 (L) and E1 (L) carry Miele appliances with a 5-zone gas hob and a combi steam oven, a built-in dishwasher, and a Liebherr fridge freezer and undercounter wine chiller. Look at the floors as well: the Classic units lay tile in the living areas and vinyl in the bedrooms, the Luxury units marble and timber. All four have Grohe sanitary fittings and a 2.85m ceiling in the living room, dining area and bedrooms.

Thomson Reserve Show Units by Band
Classic 2-Bedroom Premium + Study Type BPS1 732 sqft
One of two layouts in its band, with BPS4. BPS1 stacks are 04 in Block 1, 11 in Block 3 (the plan mirrored) and 54 in Block 11. It is the only show unit with an induction hob, and it adds a study to a two-bedroom plan with two bathrooms. Interior design by Chalked.
Classic 3-Bedroom Premium + Study Type CPS1 1,152 sqft
One of two layouts in its band, with CPS2. CPS1 stacks are 05 in Block 1 and 10 in Block 3 (the plan mirrored). Besides the study it has two bathrooms, a WC, a household shelter and a yard, and it is the larger of the two Classic show units. Interior design by 2nd Edition.
Luxury 4-Bedroom Premium (with Private Lift) Type DP1 (L) 1,367 sqft
One of two layouts in its band, with DP2 (L). DP1 (L) is stack 36 in Block 7, from level 3 to level 30. It opens from a private lift and has a junior master bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, three bathrooms and a WC. Interior design by Superfat Designs.
Luxury 5-Bedroom Suite (with Private Lift) Type E1 (L) 1,808 sqft
The only layout in its band. E1 (L) is stack 19 in Block 5, from level 3 to level 30. It opens from a private lift and has four bathrooms and a WC, and it is the only layout at Thomson Reserve with a built-in Grohe bathtub. Interior design by SUJONOHUN.
The four units cover four of the fifteen bands in the two price tables; the other eleven have no show unit. The bands that differ most from what the show units present are these. The Classic 4-Bedroom band (D1, D2 and D3) takes marble in the living and dining areas and timber bedroom floors, where the Classic show units have tile and vinyl. The Luxury 2-Bedroom Premium to 3-Bedroom Premium bands pair Miele kitchens with a 2-zone induction or 3-zone gas hob and a Smeg fridge freezer, a combination no show unit carries. Within the Luxury four-bedroom types, the 4-Bedroom (D4 (L)) has a 3-zone gas hob and no dishwasher, and the 4-Bedroom Premium + Study (DPS1 (L)) has no bathtub.

At the Thomson Reserve Sales Gallery the four show units stand at full scale: the 2.85m ceilings, the room proportions, the tile and vinyl of the Classic units beside the marble and timber of the Luxury units, and the Smeg and Miele kitchens under one roof.
The Sales Gallery is on Upper Serangoon Crescent, opposite Riversails Condo, away from the Bright Hill Drive site, so a visit settles fit-out and room scale. For the unit itself, bring a unit number or a shortlist: our sales team works through each one with the stacking chart and the site plan. Viewing is daily, 10am to 7pm, by appointment, booked on the Thomson Reserve showflat page.
